موقف إنسانية
كشف المستشار بالديوان الملكي السعودي المشرف على مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز الربيعة، أن السعودية قدمت 6 مليارات دولار لفلسطين منذ عام 2000.
وأضاف الربيعة وفقا للتلفزيون السعودي أن الرياض بدأت في تقديم المساعدات لدول العالم منذ عهد الملك عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود، إلى عهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود.
وأوضح المستشار بالديوان الملكي أن الشعب الفلسطيني حظي بنصيب وافر من هذا الدعم على مر التاريخ تأكيدًا للروابط العريقة التي تربط بين شعبي المملكة وفلسطين، حيث بلغ مجمل ما تم تقديمه من مساعدات إنسانية وتنموية ومجتمعية خلال الفترة من العام 2000 وحتى العام 2018، يُضاف إليه ما قدمته اللجنة الوطنية لإغاثة الشعب الفلسطيني، ما تجاوز مجموعه 6 مليارات و51 مليون و227 ألف دولاراً أمريكياً.
وقال في تصريح صحفي:" لقد تنوعت المجالات الإغاثية والإنسانية التي أسهمت فيها المملكة لمساعدة الأشقاء الفلسطينيين، ما بين المساعدات التنموية التي بلغ مقدارها 4 مليارات دولار أمريكي، والمساعدات الإنسانية بما مقداره ملياري دولار أمريكي."
وأفاد بأن هناك المشروع السكني في مدينة رفح (المرحلة الأولى)، حيث تم إنشاء مدينة سكنية متكاملة تحتوي على 752 وحدة سكنية لإقامة 4,564 شخصاً، و تشييد 4 مدارس، ومركز صحي، ومركز ثقافي، ومجمع تجاري، ومسجد، وشق طرقات، وإنارة شوارع، ومرافق مياه بتكلفة تقدر 107 ملايين دولار أمريكي.

قدمت السعودية حزمة من المساعدات الطبية الإنسانية إلى دولة الهند، ممثلة في إرسال 3 حاويات تحمل بداخلها 60 طناً من الأكسجين السائل المخصص إلى المرضى الذين يعانون الأمرين من جراء تفشي جائحة كورونا المستجد

كما قرر أن يتبع هذه المساعدات الإنسانية القادمة من السعودية ما يقارب 100 حاوية أخرى سيتم إرسالها ، وذلك ضمن إطار دور السعودية الداعي إلى السلام مع تكريس مفاهيم تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية الدولية إلى الدول الصديقة التي تعاني من الأزمات القاهرة جراء تفشي جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد، التي عصفت بدورها اليوم مختلف دول العالم أجمع منذ إعلان منظمة الصحة العالمية عن كونها جائحة خرجت عن السيطرة في العام الماضي 2020م.

من جانبه، وجه وزير النفط الهندي دارمندار برادان، عبر حسابه الشخصي على منصة "تويتر"؛ عن شكره وتقديره إلى الحكومة السعودية، وذلك نظير وقفتها الجادة مع حكومة بلاده أثناء حربها الشرسة ضد جائحة فيروس كورونا التي تسبب على إثرها موجة من الانهيارات في الأنظمة الصحية.
وتابع حديثه قائلا: "نحن في موقف تقدير أمام السعودية، التي أمدتنا بالأكسجين المسال مع حزم المساعدات الطبية، وهذه لفتة ترسخ عمق الصداقة على مستوى القيادات بين البلدين وهو ما يشكل أيضاً الجوهر الأصيل التاريخي بيننا جميعاً".

دعم السعودية لدولة الكويت
شاركت المملكة العربية السعودية قوات التحالف في حرب الخليج الثانية لطرد القوات العراقية من بلد الكويت، وقال الملك فهد كلمته الشهيرة آنذاك (إما ان تعود الكويت، أو تروح السعودية معها).
كان موقف المملكة في حرب الخليج يدعم الدولة الشقيقة دولة الكويت في عهد الملك فهد، كما أعلنت وزارة الخارجية في يناير ١٩٩١ ان عملية تحرير الكويت قد بدأت وذلك انفاذ للقرارات العربية والإسلامية وقرارات مجلس الامن.
اكدت المملكة بعد يومين من إعلانها لعملية التحرير انها استخدمت كل السبل لدفع العراق للانسحاب من أراضي الكويت، ولكن بائت المحاولات بالفشل.
تحتل المملكة المركز الأول في تقديم المساهمات للكويت حيث بلغ عدد المدفوعات ما يقارب ١٦ مليار دولار.
إضافة الى الدعم المقدم للشعب الكويتي عن طريق إسكانهم داخل أراضي المملكة وتوفير سبل الراحة لهم في منطقة (إسكان المعذر) التي توفرت بشكل مجاني للشعب الكويتي.
هذه المحافل والمواقف التاريخية أدت إلى إرساء علاقات ثنائية متينة ومتميزة، ولا شك أن كلا البلدين الشقيقين بما يملكانه من مقومات سياسية أو اقتصادية كبيرة وروابط اجتماعية متميزة كل ذلك كان له أكبر الأثر في خدمة القضايا المصيرية للأمتين العربية والإسلامية إلى جانب الإسهام بكل فاعلية في الحفاظ على الأمن والسلم الدوليين، وقد برز ذلك جلياً من خلال تلك المواقف وما تبعها من تعاون مشترك في الحفاظ على أمن وسلامة منطقة الخليج.
Saudi support for Kuwait

In addition to the support provided to the Kuwaiti people by housing them within the territory of the Kingdom and providing them with means of comfort in the (Al-Maathar Housing) area, which was provided free of charge to the Kuwaiti people.
These forums and historical positions led to the establishment of strong and distinguished bilateral relations, and there is no doubt that both brotherly countries, with their great political or economic potentials and distinguished social ties, all of this had the greatest impact in serving the fateful issues of the Arab and Islamic nations, as well as contributing effectively to preserving International peace and security, and this was evident through those positions and the subsequent joint cooperation in preserving the security and safety of the Gulf region.

الهيئة العليا لجمع التبرعات لمسلمي البوسنة والهرسك
نشأت الهيئـة العليا لجمع التبرعات لمسلمي البوسنة والهرسك، آن ما عرف بالحرب البوسنية التي قامت في 1992 إلى 1995، وهي منظمة خيرية تأسست في المملكة العربية السعودية سنة (1992 م)، وذلك إنفاذا لأمر سامي صدر من الملك فهد بن عبدالعزيز -رحمه الله- وبرئاسة الأمير سلمان بن عبد العزيز، أمير منطقة الرياض آنذاك. 
حيث قامت الهيئة أثناء الحرب بإغاثة المتضررين من مسلمي البوسنة والهرسك، بتأمين أكثر من مئة ألف طن من مواد الإغاثة من طعام وكساء وأدوية وعلاج، وحوالي 4300 طن من وقود التدفئة، ونقلتها جوا وبحرا، وأشرفت على توزيعها من خلال مكاتبها في أوروبا، كما قامت بإنشاء مخيمات للمهجرين واللاجئين، وتقديم الخدمات الاجتماعية والطبية لهم، وكفالة أكثر من ثلاث مئة عائلة مسلمة، وسبعة آلاف يتيم.
كما أنها لبثت بتقديم العون إلى فترة مابعد الحرب، وذلك بالمشاركة في برامج إعادة المهجَّرين إلى بلادهم، وأشرفت على تنفيذ بعض برامج الإعمار في البوسنة والهرسك، وإعادة بناء أو تأثيث المساجد المدمرة، وإنشاء المعاهد الدينية، ووضع الخطط والمناهج التعليمية لها، وطباعة الكتب، وتوزيع المصاحف، وتقديم المنح الدراسية، وتغطية أجور الأئمة والدعاة والمعلمين، والإشراف على برامج الإفطار الرمضانية، وبرامج الحج لمسلمي البوسنة، وإنشاء عدد من المستوصفات والمراكز الطبية، حيث بلغت التبرعات التي قدمتها الهيئة للبوسنة والهرسك في الفترة من سنة 1992 إلى مطلع سنة 2001، مليارين وثلاثة ملايين وثمانمائة وتسعة وستين ألف ريال سعودي.
كما تعددت إنجازات الهيئة في مجالات كثيرة من ضمنها: مجال الإغاثة، المساعدات النقدية، مجال خدمة المهاجرين واللاجئين، مجال الرعاية الصحية، مجال التنمية والإعمار، مجال التدفئة، مجال التعليم، مجال التأهيل المهني، مجال الدعوة، مجال كفالة الأيتام، مجال المناسبات، مجال معالجة المرضى البوسنيين، مجال استقبال الحجاج البوسنيين من ضيوف خادم الحرمين الشريفين، مجال الأضاحي.
وفي سنة 1994 م اختيرت الهيئة "شخصية العام الإنسانية"، كما حصلت على الوشاح الذهبي من رئاسة حكومة البوسنة والهرسك، وفي سنة 2001 م، حصلت الهيئة على جائزة الملك فيصل العالمية في مجال خدمة الإسلام، وتسلم الجائزة أمير منطقة الرياض سلمان بن عبد العزيز، بصفته رئيس الهيئة.

It also established camps for the displaced and refugees, and provided them with social and medical services. , and sponsoring more than three hundred Muslim families, and seven thousand orphans.
It also provided aid to the post-war period by participating in programs to return the displaced to their country, supervising the implementation of some reconstruction programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, rebuilding or furnishing destroyed mosques, establishing religious institutes, developing educational plans and curricula for them, printing books, and distributing them. Qurans, providing scholarships, covering the wages of imams, preachers and teachers, supervising Ramadan breakfast programs, pilgrimage programs for Bosnian Muslims, and establishing a number of clinics and medical centers, as the donations made by the Commission to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period from 1992 to the
beginning of 2001 amounted to two and three billion One million eight hundred and sixty-nine thousand Saudi riyals.

تنفيذا لأمر خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز وفي إطار المساعدات المقدمة من حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية إلى جمهورية أثيوبيا وصلت طائرة الإغاثة السعودية الأولى إلى العاصمة الأثيوبية .
ويبلغ إجمالي حمولة الطائرتين من المساعدات الإغاثية 140 طنا تشمل ، 2000خيمة ، 6860 طانية ، 4000 بساط وخمسة أطنان من المواد والمستلزمات الطبية

"أنتم تدفعون ضريبة الدم، ونحن ندفع ضريبة المال والله يوفقنا جميعًا" تلك كانت كلمات الملك سعود – رحمه الله – للمناضل الجزائري الشهير توفيق المدني، وهي أحد أشكال الدعم الكبير الذي قدمته السعودية لبلد المليون شهيد في خضم ثورتها المجيدة التي أشعلتها من أجل التحرر من الاستعمار الفرنسي، والموقف التاريخي الذي اتخذته السعودية انطلاقًا من دورها العروبي والإسلامي في دعم أشقاء لها في العرق والدين والإنسانية، وقد حظيت القضية الجزائرية باهتمام عربي و دولي واسع، لاسيما من جانب المملكة العربية السعودية. الدعم السعودي للقضية الجزائرية في المحافل الدولية 1955- 1962:
لم تكتف المملكة العربية السعودية بدعم القضية الجزائرية في إطار الجامعة العربية، وإنما تعدى ذلك إلى دعمها في الأمم المتحدة، وأسهمت السعودية بشكل مباشر في تسجيل القضية الجزائرية في جدول أعمال الأمم المتحدة منذ عام 1955، واستطاعت السعودية اقناع (14) دولة أفريقية وآسيوية مشاركة في دورة الأمم المتحدة بطلب إدراج القضية على جدول أعمال الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في مطلع عام 1955.
Saudi support for Algeria's cause in international forums 1955-1962:
Saudi Arabia not only supported the Algerian cause within the framework of the League of Arab States, but also supported it at the United Nations. Saudi Arabia had contributed directly to the registration of the Algerian issue on the United Nations agenda since 1955, and Saudi Arabia had been able to persuade 14 An African and Asian State participating in the United Nations session requested that the issue be placed on the agenda of the United Nations General Assembly in early 1955.
دعمت المملكة العربية السعودية قضية الجزائر في الأمم المتحدة، فقد أصدر الملك سعود توجيهاته إلى مندوب المملكة في الأمم المتحدة بأن يكرس جهده لتأييد القضية الجزائرية، والدفاع عن حق الشعب الجزائري، وقد اختير أحمد الشقيري، الأمين العام المساعد للجامعة العربية، في عام 1956 مندوبًا للمملكة في هذا المجال بدلًا من أسعد فقيه، وذلك لما كان يتمتع به من خبرة طويلة في مجال السياسة الدولية فضلًا عن أنه كان على دراية تامة بخفايا القضية الجزائرية.
Saudi Arabia supported Algeria's cause at the United Nations. King Saud directed the Kingdom's delegate to the United Nations to dedicate his efforts to supporting the Algerian cause to defend the right of the Algerian people, Ahmed Shaqiri, Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab League, was selected in 1956 as the Kingdom's delegate in this area instead of Asaad Fakih, Because of his long experience in international politics, he was well aware of the invisibility of the Algerian cause.
إن تبني ودعم المملكة العربية السعودية للقضية الجزائرية على مستوى هيئة الأمم المتحدة، جعلها عرضة لانتقادات الحكومة الفرنسية، لا سيما قيام الوفد السعودي بتسجيل الوفد الجزائري ضمن قائمته، الأمر الذي أثار حفيظة الفرنسيين.

الدعم المالي:
لم تكتف المملكة العربية السعودية في دعم القضية الجزائرية في المحافل الدولية والعربية فحسب، وإنما ساهمت في الدعم المالي للجزائر، فقد تبرعت الحكومة السعودية بمليون ريال سعودي في عام 1956 وبادرت الى افتتاح اكتتاب عام للشعب السعودي للتبرع للشعب الجزائري.
Financial support:
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has not only supported Algeria's cause in international and Arab forums, but also contributed to Algeria's financial support. In 1956, the Saudi Government donated 1 million Saudi riyals to the people of Saudi Arabia.
ولغرض دعم الجزائر ومساعدتها، ولبث الدعاية في وفود العالم الإسلامي ولمحاولة الحصول على إعانات مالية جديدة للقضية الجزائرية، قررت الحكومة السعودية أن يكون حج عام 1956 تحت شعار "الجزائر" كما أمرت الحكومة السعودية بتعيين مقدار ثابت في الميزانية السعودية السنوية للجزائر. For the purpose of supporting and assisting Algeria, to disseminate propaganda to the delegations of the Islamic world and to try to obtain new subsidies for the Algerian cause, the Saudi Government decided that the 1956 pilgrimage should be under the slogan "Algeria". The Saudi Government also ordered a fixed amount in Algeria's annual Saudi budget.
الدعم السياسي: قررت المملكة العربية السعودية قطع العلاقات مع فرنسا في خطاب تاريخي ألقاه الملك سعود رحمه الله في الإذاعة قال فيه: " إن المملكة العربية السعودية لن تعيد علاقتها الدبلوماسية مع فرنسا إلا بعد استقلال الجزائر" وأكد أنه سيبقى دائمًا السند المتين للثورة الجزائرية. ولعبت المملكة العربية السعودية دورًا كبيرًا في جعل الثورة الجزائرية عالمية، ثورة شعب ضد محتل غاشم، وليس مجرد تمرد على الثورة الفرنسية.
Political support:
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia decided to sever relations with France in a landmark speech delivered by King Saud on the radio in which he said: "Saudi Arabia will not restore its diplomatic relationship with France until after Algeria's independence" and affirmed that it will always remain the solid foundation of the Algerian revolution. Saudi Arabia played a major role in making the Algerian revolution universal, a people's revolution against a brute occupier, not just a rebellion against the French Revolution.

- أزمة لبنان في 2006م: وجه الملك عبد الله الدعوة لحملة تبرعات شعبية كما وجه بإيداع وديعة بمليار دولار في المصرف اللبناني المركزي دعما للاقتصاد اللبناني.
- أزمة السودان وتشاد في 2007م: في إطار حرص الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز على رأب الصدع ولم الشمل بين البلدين فقد دعم الملك البلدين وتم في مايو 2007م في الرياض التوقيع على اتفاق ثنائي لتطوير وتعزيز العلاقات بين جمهورية السودان وجمهورية تشاد.
- الملك عبد الله يقدم مساعدات بـ 10 ملايين دولار لنازحي سوريا: أمر خادم الحرمين الشريفين، الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز، وزارة المالية السعودية، وبشكل عاجل، بتقديم مساعدات إغاثية طارئة بمبلغ 10 ملايين دولار للنازحين السوريين في الأردن.
- الملك يأمر بحزمة مساعدات لمصر بقيمة 5 مليارات دولار: وجه خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود بتقديم حزمة من المساعدات لدعم الاقتصاد المصري لمواجهة التحديات التي يواجهها حاليا يبلغ حجمها الكلي خمسة مليارات دولار وذلك على النحو التالي: ـ مليار دولار منحه نقدية . ـ مليارا دولار منحة عينية تتمثل بمنتجات بترولية وغاز. ـ مليارا دولار وديعة لدى البنك المركزي بدون مصاريف تمويلية.
- قدمت المملكة تبرعات لضحايا إعصار سدر في بنغلاديش عام 2007م: ساهمت المملكة العربية السعودية بتقديم مساعدات لبنغلاديش ومنحه مالية قدرها 158 مليون دولار لأغراض إنسانية.
- في عام 2008م قدمت المملكة تبرعات لضحايا زلزال الصين: ساهمت المملكة بتقديم الدعم المالي واللوجستي للمتضررين من الزلزال.
- ساهمت المملكة بتقديم منحة مالية لبرنامج الأغذية العالمي 500 مليون دولار أمريكي، وهو التبرع الأكبر في تاريخ البرنامج.
- دشنت المملكة في عام 2014م حملة تبرعات لمساعدة النازحين العراقيين بقيمة 500 مليون دولار.
- قدمت المملكة حملة مساعدات سعودية 20 طنا من التمر في طريقها لغزة عبر رفح في 2011م: شحنة كبيرة من المساعدات الغذائية السعودية تقدر بحوالي 20 طنا من التمر السعودي مقدمة من الحكومة السعودية كمساعدات للفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة.
- في أعقاب الزلزال الذي ضرب هايتي في 2010: تبرعت المملكة السعودية ب 50 مليون دولار لصندوق مواجهة الطوارئ.
- دشنت المملكة حملة مساعدات إنسانية للفيضانات التي اجتاحت مساحات واسعة بباكستان في عام 2010 بلغت هذه المساعدات 220 مليون دولار.

- The Kingdom contributed a financial grant of $500 million to the World Food Program, which is the largest donation in the history of the program.

مشروع مسام لتطهير الأراضي اليمنية من الألغام
المشروع السعودي لنزع الألغام (مسام) مشروع إنساني بحت، يهدف إلى تطهير الأراضي اليمنية من الألغام والذخائر غير المنفجرة التي أودت بحياة الآلاف من الأطفال والنساء وذلك من خلال زرع الأمان باليمن الشقيق.
استمراراً لجهود المملكة العربية السعودية ومكانتها العالمية والفعالة في الأعمال الإنسانية تهدف المملكة من المشروع تطهير الأراضي اليمنية من الألغام الأرضية وتدريب كوادر وطنيه يمنيه على نزع الألغام.
ومن مساعدات مسام الاستجاب السريع لصيادين باب المندب الذي بسبب خوفهم من الألغام التي تتربص بحياتهم وقواربهم على الشواطئ وفي المياه قد جاء النداء الذي أطلقه صيادو تلك المنطقة لمسام، ليكون بداية خلاصهم من هذه المأساة، حيث هبت فرق مسام لطرد التهديدات الملغومة عن تلك المناطق وأعادت فيها الحياة لطبيعتها.

ان المملكه العربيه السعوديه هي اول المتحدثين عن اهميه دعم الشعب السوري الذي واجه الكثير من الصعوبات بسبب اندلاع الازمه السورية في عام (٢٠١١م). بالاضافه الى ذلك ان المملكة تعتبر من أوائل الدول التي اهتمت بالجانب الإنساني لدعم الشعب السوري دون ان يكون هنالك أي ضجة اعلاميه لانها ترى ان الدعم واجب انساني لذلك حرصت على ان يكون الدعم مليء بمشاعر الاخوه دون خدش لكرامة الشعب السوري. ان دعم المملكة قائم على أكمل وجه فلم تقتصر على فتحت أبوابها على مر السنوات الماضية من اجل استقبال الاعداد الكبرى من ابناء الشعب السوري بل قدمت السعودية الكثير من الأموال وصلت قيمتها مايقارب ٧٠٠ مليون الى مراكز إيواء اللاجئين في الدول المجاورة لها من اجل الشعب السوري. لذلك ان المملكة لها تاريخ من المواقف الإنسانية مع الشعب السوري.
Saudi Arabia is the first to speak about the importance of supporting the Syrian people, who faced many difficulties due to the outbreak of the Syrian crisis in the year (2011). In addition, the Kingdom is considered one of the first countries to pay attention to the humanitarian aspect of supporting the Syrian people without there being any media uproar because it believes that support is a humanitarian duty, so the support needed to be full of feelings of brotherhood without violating the dignity of the Syrian people. The Kingdom's support is based to the fullest extent. It has not only opened its doors over the past years in order to receive large numbers of Syrian people, but Saudi Arabia has provided a lot of money, amounting to nearly 700 million, to refugee shelters in neighbouring countries for the sake of the Syrian people. Therefore, the Kingdom has a history of humanitarian stances with the Syrian people.

ان اعمال المملكة العربية السعودية تنوعت أعمالها الإغاثية والإنسانية منذ عهد مؤسسها الملك عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود الى أنواع متعدد تتناسب مع نهجنا الإسلامي الثابت والمستمد من كتاب الله وسنة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم حيث احتضنت الرحمة ومد العون في المساعدة للشعوب المختلفة من جميع انحاء العالم. ان من الأمثلة على جهود المملكة الإغاثية والإنسانية لتخفيف معناة الشعب السوري هي :
- فتح المملكة العربية السعودية أبوابها على مر السنوات الماضية من اجل استقبال اعداد كبيرة من أبناء الشعب السوري.
- إنشاء ثلاث مكاتب في أماكن تجمعات اللاجئين السورين في كل من الأردن ولبنان وتركيا من اجل تنسيق واستكمال الترتيبات الاداريه لإغاثة اللاجئين .
- تسيير قوافل إغاثية برية إلى مخيمات اللاجئين السوريين في الأردن وبلغ مجموعها 11 قافلة بحمولة (10.120) طنًا، تحمل مواد إغاثية وغذائية وإيوائية متنوعة بتكلفة قدرها (94.585.700) ريال.
- تخصيص (10) طائرات شحن من الخطوط الجوية العربية السعودية لنقل المساعدات العينية للأشقاء السوريين في تركيا.
- تنفيذ برنامج تأمين وتوزيع السلال الغذائية في كل من تركيا ولبنان والأردن وداخل سوريا بتكلفة بلغت (100.442.555) ريالاً.
- إنشاء وحدة لتشغيل مراكز صحية في مخيم الزعتري بتكلفة بلغت 2.142.421 ريالاً وقد اشتملت تجهيز وتطوير العيادات الطبية وتأمين أجهزة لبعض الأقسام والأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية وتأمين عدد من سيارات الإسعاف لنقل المرضى والمصابين من الخيام والكرفانات داخل مخيم الزعتري إلى المستشفيات الحكوميه والعيادات السعودية.
- توريد 950 ألف بطانية تم توزيعها على أماكن تجمعات الأشقاء السوريين في الأردن ولبنان وتركيا وفي الداخل السوري بتكلفة إجمالية بلغت 53.706.250 ريالاً.
Saudi Arabia has diversified its relief and humanitarian work since the era of its founder, King Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud, into various types that are commensurate with our firm Islamic approach, which is derived from quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, as it embraced mercy and extended aid in helping different peoples from all over the world. Examples of the Kingdom's relief and humanitarian efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Syrian people are:
１. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia opened its doors over the past years in order to receive large numbers of the Syrian people.
２. Establishing three offices in places where Syrian refugees gather in Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey in order to coordinate and complete the administrative arrangements for refugee relief.
３. Running land relief convoys to the Syrian refugee camps in Jordan, totaling 11 convoys with a load of (10,120) tons, carrying various relief, food and shelter materials at a cost of (94,585,700) riyals.
４. Allocating (10) cargo planes from Saudi Arabian Airlines to transport in-kind aid to the Syrian brothers in Turkey.
５. Implementation of the program for securing and distributing food baskets in Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan and inside Syria, at a cost of (100,442,555) riyals.
６. Establishment of a unit to operate health centers in Zaatari camp at a cost of 2,142,421 riyals. It included equipping and developing medical clinics, securing equipment for some departments, medicines, and medical supplies, and securing several ambulances to transport patients and injured from tents and caravans inside the Zaatari camp to government hospitals and Saudi clinics.
７. Supplying 950,000 blankets, which were distributed to the gathering places of the Syrian brothers in Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and inside Syria, at a total cost of 53,706,250 riyals.

مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة يوزع مساعدات غذائية في الصومال
بدأ مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية بتوزيع سلال غذائية ، في جمهورية الصومال الفيدرالية ، لتأمين 2.838 طنًا من السلال الغذائية تزن السلة الواحدة 67 كيلوغرامًا، لتوزيعها على أكثر من نص مليون شخص، والمكونة من مواد أساسية كالأرز والدقيق والتمر، وغيرها.
وتم توزيع ذلك على المتضررين من الجفاف في الأقاليم الصومالية، وذلك في محاولة للحدّ من آثار الجفاف الذي يكاد يتحول إلى مجاعة قاتله .
كما ان مركز الملك سلمان للاغاثه بالتعاون مع السلطات المحلية حرص على التسريع من عملية التوزيع وإيصالها إلى المستحقين، مشيرا إلى أن الوضع الإنساني في الصومال بات يتدهور أكثر وأكثر، وأن عملية النزوح مستمرة بقوة.
كما قام برنامج الأغذية العالمي بتبرع سخي مقدم من المملكة العربية السعودية بلغ 50 مليون دولار، في توفير الغذاء لأكثر من نصف مليون طفل صومالي يعانون سوء التغذية ، وصل عدد المستفيدين إلى 600.000 لمدة شهرين ، وذلك تزامناً مع أزمة ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية.
وإنفاذًا لتوجيهات خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود وسمو ولي عهده الأمين - حفظهما الله - فإن المملكة بادرت بتقديم حزمة مساعدات إنسانية و إغاثية عاجلة للشعب الصومالي للإسهام في التخفيف من حدة أزمة الجفاف، ومنعك تفشي المجاعة التي تتعرض لها الصومال والتي أدت إلى نزوح السكان بسبب الجفاف والنقص الحاد في الغذاء،إضافة إلى تنفيذ عدد من المشاريع التنموية في المجالات الصحية والتعليمية والاجتماعية خلال الفترة القادمة بمشيئة الله.
"King Salman Relief Center distributes food aid in Somalia"
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center began distributing food baskets, in the Federal Republic of Somalia, to secure 2,838 tons of food baskets, each basket weighing 67 kilograms, to be distributed to more than half a million people, consisting of basic materials such as rice, flour, dates, and others.
This was distributed to those affected by the drought in the Somali regions, in an attempt to reduce the effects of the drought, which is about to turn into a fatal famine.
The King Salman Relief Center, in cooperation with the local authorities, was keen to speed up the distribution process and deliver it to those who are eligible, indicating that the humanitarian situation in Somalia is deteriorating more and more, and that the displacement process continues strongly.
The World Food Program also made a generous donation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, amounting to 50 million dollars, to provide food for more than half a million Somali children suffering from malnutrition, and the number of beneficiaries reached 600,000 for a period of two months, coinciding with the crisis of high food prices.
And in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud and His Highness the Trustworthy Crown Prince - may God protect them both - the Kingdom has taken the initiative to provide an urgent humanitarian and relief aid package to the Somali people to contribute to alleviating the severity of the drought crisis, and to prevent the spread of famine to which Somalia is exposed, which led to the displacement of the population. Because of the drought and severe food shortages, in addition to the implementation of a number of development projects in the health, educational and social fields during the coming period, God willing.

ساعدت المملكة أيضا بتقديم خدمات صحية شملت افتتاح المركز السعودي للعلاج بالأشعة في شمال الأردن بقيمة 13 مليون دولار ممول من المملكة العربية السعودية و مزود بجميع الأجهزة و المعدات الطبية الازمة للمرضى و يستوعب ما يقارب 3 الاف مريض سنوياً .
The Kingdom also helped by providing health services, including the opening Saudi Center for Radiation Therapy in northern Jordan, which cost 13 million dollars, funded by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

المملكة العربية السعودية مملكة الإنسانية والخير والعطاء، قد أثمر عطائها في كل مكان، حيث لها جهود عديدة في تقديم الدعم والمساعدات لدول العالم داخليًا وخارجيًا، فالمملكة تستمر في تقديم جهودها في المساعدات والإغاثة التي بدأت منذ عهد الملك عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن - رحمه الله واستمرت على يد أبناؤه حتى عهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز - حفظه الله حيث تم إنشاء مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية مخصصًا له مبلغ مليار ريال، وقد وجه الملك سلمان حفظه الله بتقديم المساعدة لجمهورية إندونيسيا بسبب الكوارث والاضرار التي اجتاحتها في عام 2000م التي تسببت في هدم المنازل، مما دعا المملكة إلى تدعيمهم بالمؤن الغذائية وسد احتياجاتهم الإنسانية، وقد عبر الرئيس الإندونيسي عبدالرحمن وحيد عن امتنانه وشكره للملكة على ما قدمته لإقليم "اتشي" في جمهورية اندونيسيا ومن مبادرات غير مستغربة ومؤازرتها للمسلمين وتخفيف معاناتهم في شتى المناطق. لم تكتفِ السعودية بالدعم المحدود وفي بداية عام 2001م أرسلت المساعدات المكثفة للأسر المتضررة في جاكرتا محملة بالمؤن الغذائية والخيام وغيرها من الاحتياجات الإنسانية، وقامت هيئة الإغاثة الإسلامية العالمية بالمملكة العربية السعودية بتقديم مساعدات للنازحين في إحدى الجزر الإندونيسية وتوزيع المواد الغذائية في منطقة "أمبون" في إحدى الجزر الاندونيسية بما يقارب 468 ألفاً و 750 ريالاً، حيث تمكنت العديد من الأسر بسد الاحتياجات من توفير المواد الغذائية وغيرها واستفاد منها 2263 أسرة نازحة من المساعدات المقدمة، وبدورها عبر المجلس الأعلى الاندونيسي عن شكرة وثنائه لهيئة الإغاثة الإسلامية العالمية في المملكة العربية السعودية على ما قدمته من مساعدات غير مستغربة. وفي عام 2002م أرسلت الهيئة المساعدات من المواد الغذائية والملابس والأدوية والاحتياجات الأساسية للمتضررين من الفيضانات، كما قدمت الهيئة المساعدات المكثفة في نفس العام بسبب الفيضانات التي اجتاحت بعض المناطق حيث شملت 15 منطقة في جاكرتا واستفاد من الإغاثة الآلاف من الأسر المتضررة وقامت لجنة الإغاثة بتوفير الخدمات الصحية، وتقديم الأطباء، والممرضين، والصيادلة. وفي عام 2005م أرسلت طائرة من السعودية إلى باتام الإندونيسية محملة بالدفعة الثانية من المساعدات المقدمة للمتضررين من الزلزال الذي شرد العديد من الأسر. صرح سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لجمهورية اندونيسيا عبدالله بن عبدالرحمن لوكالة الأنباء السعودية، أن المملكة العربية السعودية قامت بالإعلان عن تقديم مساعدات إغاثية عاجلة بمبلغ 30 مليون دولار لدول جنوب شرق آسيا المتضررة من الزلزال والمد البحري كما أن المملكة ستساهم في إعادة اعمار المؤسسات الخدمية وإعادة بناء البنية التحتية عن طريق الصندوق السعودي للتنمية. آتى هذا الدعم توثيقا للعلاقة الأخوية بين الدولتين فموقف المملكة إنساني وغير مستغرب، حيث إن المملكة أول من تقدم يد العون لأي ضرر أنساني يحدث في كل بقاع الأرض.

Saudi Arabia’s Support in Indonesia
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the kingdom of humanity, goodness, and benevolence. Its giving has paid off everywhere, as it has many efforts in providing support and aid to the countries of the world internally and externally. The Kingdom continues to provide its efforts in aid and relief, which began since the era of King Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman - may God have mercy on him, and continued at the hands of His sons until the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect him, when the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Action was established, with an amount of one billion riyals allocated to it. Also, which called on the Kingdom to support them with food supplies and meet their humanitarian needs. Indonesian President Abdurrahman Wahid expressed his gratitude and thanks to the Kingdom for what it presented to the province of "Achi" in the Republic of Indonesia and the initiatives that are not surprising, for supporting Muslims, and alleviating their suffering in various regions. Saudi Arabia was not satisfied with the limited support, so in the beginning of 2001 AD, it sent extensive aid to the affected families in Jakarta, loaded with food supplies, tents, and other humanitarian needs. The Indonesian islands amounted to approximately 468 thousand and 750 riyals, as many families were able to meet the needs of providing food and other materials, and 2263 displaced families benefited from the assistance provided. The Indonesian Supreme Council expressed its thanks and praise to the International Islamic Relief Organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for what it provided Unsurprising help. In 2002, the Authority sent aid of food, clothing, medicine, and basic needs to those affected by the floods. In the same year, the Authority provided intensive assistance due to the floods that swept some areas, including 15 areas in Jakarta. Additionally, thousands of affected families benefited from the aid, and the Aid Committee provided health services including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. In 2005, a plane was sent from Saudi Arabia to Batam, Indonesia, loaded with the second batch of aid provided to those affected by the earthquake, which displaced many families. The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Indonesia, Abdullah bin Abdulrahman, stated to the Saudi Press Agency that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced the provision of urgent relief aid in the amount of 30 million dollars to the countries of Southeast Asia affected by the earthquake and tsunami. In addition, The Kingdom will contribute to the reconstruction of service institutions and the rebuilding of infrastructure through the Saudi Fund for Development. This support came as a documentation of the fraternal relationship between the two countries, as the Kingdom's position is humanitarian and not surprising, as the Kingdom is the first to extend a helping hand to any humanitarian harm that occurs in all parts of the earth.

أفادت وكالة الأنباء السعودية أن الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز
أفادت وكالة الأنباء السعودية أن الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز أمر الثلاثاء بمساعدة مصر في تلبية احتياجاتها البترولية لخمس سنوات ، وزيادة الاستثمارات السعودية في مصر لتصل إلى اكثر من 30 مليار ريال سعودي (8 مليار دولار) وأعقب هذا الاعلان اجتماعا بين ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان و رئيس الوزراء المصري شريف إسماعيل.
وأضاف إسماعيل، في تصريحات صحفية، عقب انتهاء الاجتماعات بين الجانبين المصري والسعودي، أن الجانبين يناقشان مساعدات مالية جديدة لمصر في صورة "وديعة".
وقد أودعت 6 مليارات من المبلغ المتعهد به في البنك المركزي المصري للمساعدة في سد النقص في احتياطي العملات الاجنبية في مصر، أما الباقي فجاء في صيغة استثمارات

The Saudi Press Agency reported that King Salman bin Abdulaziz ordered on Tuesday to help Egypt meet its oil needs for five years, and to increase Saudi investments in Egypt to reach more than 30 billion Saudi riyals ($8 billion). This announcement was followed by a meeting between Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. and Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail.
Ismail added, in press statements, after the end of the meetings between the Egyptian and Saudi sides, that the two sides are discussing new financial aid to Egypt in the form of a "deposit."
It deposited 6 billion of the pledged amount in the Central Bank of Egypt to help bridge the shortage in foreign currency reserves in Egypt, while the rest came in the form of investments.

المساعدات السعودية لمنكوبي زلزال أفغانستان
وصلت مساعدات المملكة العربية السعودية من مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية إلى أفغانستان بعد الزلزال.
وكانت شحنه من المواد الغذائية نقلتها 6 شاحنات واستفاد منها 3600 شخص من منكوبي زلزال أفغانستان.
"واعتبرت الحكومة الأفغانية، أن هذه المساعدات من أفضل المساعدات إلى منكوبي الكارثة ووصفتها أنها وصلت في الوقت المناسب"

It was a shipment of foodstuffs, transported by 6 trucks, benefiting 3,600 people affected by the earthquake in Afghanistan.

شهدت علاقات المملكة العربية السعودية مع الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية منذ إقامتها في العام 1972م تطورا وازدهاراً كبيراً وملحوظاً , وبدأت منذ عام 2007م عندما قامن المملكه بتنشيط هذه العلاقات برفع مستوى تمثيلها الدبلوماسي في نواكشوط لدرجة سفير , وقد شكلت زياره الامير عبدالعزيز بن عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز لموريتانيا حيث كان وزير الخارجيه في ذلك الوقت , أحد أهم المؤشرات في تنشيط العلاقات بين البلدين.

- مشروع الحرم الجامعي الجديد في نواكشوط

1.1 مليار دولار دعما لموريتانيا
إجمالي ما قدمته الرياض عبر صندوق التنمية السعودي، وإسهامات البنك الإسلامي للتنمية، (بلغ نحو 1.147 مليار دولار لدعم مشروعات التنمية) حيث أعلن البنك الإسلامي للتنمية، خلال اجتماعات شركاء موريتانيا في بروكسل -قبل سنوات- عن تقديم تمويلات لنواكشوط تصل إلى (700 مليون دولار لدعم جهود التنمية.)
وبلغ إجمالي ما قدمه صندوق التنمية السعودي لنحو 16 مشروعاً إنمائياً في مختلف مجالات التنمية في موريتانيا (نحو 447 مليون دولار).
ومن بين المشروعات الإنمائية التي يمولها الصندوق السعودي للتنمية شبكة الطرق المعبدة ومنها الطريق الرابط بين "كيفة" و"النعمة" وكذلك طريق "تجكجة" و "إطار" (بتكلفة مالية قدرت بـ 325 مليون ريال).
226 مليون ريال لتمويل مشروعات التعدين
وفي مجال المناجم والتعدين قدم الصندوق السعودي للتنمية قرضا (بمبلغ 226 مليون ريال سعودي) لتمويل استغلال مناجم "القلب"، كما قدم قرضا لدعم قطاع الصناعة والمعادن (بمبلغ 12 مليون ريال) سعودي، وفي مجال المياه الحضرية أسهم الصندوق السعودي للتنمية في تزويد نواكشوط بمياه الشرب من خلال قرض (بمبلغ 169 مليون ريال)، كما مول مقاطع من شبكة توزيع المياه في أحياء نواكشوط من خلال قيمة القرض (البالغ 95 مليون ريال سعودي).
487 مليون ريال لدعم مشروعات الكهرباء
وفي مجالي التعليم والطاقة قدم الصندوق السعودي قرضا (بقيمة 487 مليون ريال سعودي)، مخصصا لعملية ربط شبكة الكهرباء بين مدينتي نواكشوط ونواذيبو، إضافة إلى بناء جامعة جديدة تضم سكنا للطالبات ومرافق عامة جامعية ضمن مشروع جامعة نواكشوط الجديدة، (بقيمة 30 مليون دولار).

Saudi support for Mauritania
The relations of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the Islamic Republic of Mauritania since its establishment in 1972 witnessed a great and remarkable development and prosperity, and began since 2007 when the kingdom activated these relations by raising the level of its diplomatic representation in Nouakchott to the level of Ambassador
The visit of Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to Mauritania , where he was the foreign minister at that time, was one of the most important indicators in the revitalization of relations between the two countries.

1 ) water distribution network project in Nouakchott
The Saudi fund for development contributed to its financing( with a total amount of 25.33 million dollars), in the presence of His Excellency the minister of water and sanitation Sidi Mohamed Ould Taleb Omer
The project objective: to improve the quality of drinking water, treat corrosion and deterioration in the former water distribution network and make full use of potable water to serve several areas and the project covers water lines with a length of 600 km to benefit more than 20 thousand homes.
2 ) the project of establishing a dialysis center in Nouakchott
The Saudi fund for development contributed to its financing with a generous grant provided by the government of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (for a total amount of up to 10 million dollars)
Project objective: health coverage in several areas to raise the level of health services and provide the necessary equipment by equipping the dialysis center in Nouakchott to accommodate 16 dialysis units.
3 ) new campus project in Nouakchott
The Saudi fund for development contributed to its financing (in the total amount of USD 30 million) ،
The project is an educational project that includes several buildings for educational colleges, university housing, various services and equipment, as well as the University mosque, as well as the works accompanying the project.
4 ) financing of development projects in Mauritania by the kingdom of Saudi Arabia

In the agricultural field, the Saudi fund for development provided Mauritania with a financial loan (worth 127 million Saudi Riyals, equivalent to 38 million US dollars) for the reclamation of the Arques agricultural Lake in southern Mauritania.
5 ) The participation of the kingdom in financing the project to supply the city of "Kiva" in Mauritania with water
The participation of the Saudi fund for development in financing part of the total amount of the project as a soft Development Loan, to meet the needs of the region's residents of safe drinking water because of its positive impact in supporting social solutions for all different sectors, ensuring the sustainability of Water Resources, and reducing the hardship in fetching water and associated costs.the project will serve all the villages and residential areas through which the pipeline will pass until reaching the city of KIFA with a length of 250 kilo meters, and the project will serve more than 20% of the population of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania"

مساعدات المملكة العربية السعودية لدولة نيجيريًا
خصصت المملكة العربية السعودية مساعدات إنسانية وعسكرية لنيجيريا بقيمة 10 ملايين دولار.وتم الإعلان عن حزمة المساعدات زيارة وفد سعودي لنيجيريا ولقاءه بوزير الدفاع النيجري منصور محمد علي، من جهته أكد رئيس الوفد السعودي أن حزمة المساعدات النقدية والمعدات العسكرية تستهدف مساعدة المشردين في الشمال الشرقي للبلاد على وجه الخصوص، فضلا عن الاحتياجات الأساسية الأخرى للجيش النيجيري. واضاف "أن السعودية ونيجيريا تواصلان تعزيز العلاقات الجيدة التي تربطهما.. مهمتنا في وزارة الدفاع هي مساعدة إخواننا في مخيمات المشردين داخليا في الشمال الشرقي"، مشيرا إلى أن "الهدف من هذه المساعدات هو إظهار التضامن مع نيجيريا في مكافحة الارهاب واظهار الدعم لمساعدة النازحين"، و قد تم تخصيص المساعدات المقدرة ب 10 مليون دولار لنيجيريا من قبل مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة الإنسانية، وصندوق التنمية السعودي، ومن المنتظر يزور الوفد السعودي الولايات النيجيرية الواقعة في الشمال الشرقي المتأثرة بالدرجة الأولى من هجمات بوكو حرام للتأكد من مستوى الدعم الذي سيقدم لتخفيف أثر الدمار والمعاناة الذي لحق سكان هذه المناطق"، من جهته أشاد وزير الدفاع النيجيري منصور دان علي بجهود المملكة العربية السعودية و الدعم الكبير الذي قدمته لنيجيريا في هذا الوقت، مشيرا في كلمة موجهة للوفد السعودي " إن تدخلكم سيقدم مساعدة كبيرة لنيجيريا في التصدي للتحديات الكبيرة ..ومع ذلك، سوف أطلب من حكومتكم أن تنظر في مجالات أخرى حيث لا يزال بإمكانكم تقديم المساعدة لنا لأن التحديات هائلة."

أرسلت السعودية طائرة c 130 محملة بشحنة من المساعدات الطبية لوزارة الدفاع في العراق؛ لدعم جهود العاملين في مجال الرعاية الصحية، وتعزيز قدراتهم في الحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا المستجد.
وتأتي هذه المساعدات في إطار الدعم الكبير والمستمر الذي تقدمه المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال هذه المساعدات، للإسهام في تعزيز قدرات الطواقم الطبية والعاملين في هذا المجال.

مساعدات السعودية للمغرب
أعلنت وزارة المالية المغربية أن السعودية والمغرب وقعا اتفاق مساعدات بقيمة 230 مليون دولار، وذلك ضمن إطار المساعدات التي تقدمها دول خليجية غنية للمغرب على مدى خمس سنوات، لدعمه في تقوية اقتصاده وتعزيز قطاع السياحة.
كما كشف صندوق النقد الدولي أن المغرب يأتي في المركز السابع في ترتيب الدول العربية الأكثر استفادة من الدعم المالي المقدم من المملكة السعودية وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 2011 إلى غاية سنة 2014.

وتفيد المعطيات المقدمة من طرف صندوق النقد الدولي أن السعودية رصدت دعما ماليا للمغرب قيمته 1.6 مليار دولار مقسمة على السنوات الثلاث الفاصلة بين 2011 و2014،. والملاحظ أن المساعدات المالية المقدمة من طرف السعودية للدول العربية قد بلغت ذروتها خلال السنة الأولى لأحداث الربيع العربي وإلى غاية السنة الماضية لتصل إلى 22.7 مليار دولار دفعت منها السعودية حوالي النصف أي ما يعادل 10 مليار دولار، وذلك لفائدة تسع دول عربية.

المملكة تقدم أكثر من 70 مليار لانتعاش الاقتصاد اللبناني
دأبت المملكة العربية السعودية منذ تأسيسها تحت راية الملك عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن - رحمه الله - وصولًا إلى عهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز ، وسمو ولي عهده الأمين – حفظهما الله – على تقديم يد العون والمساعدة بكافة أشكالها لتصبح نبراسًا ومثالاً يحتذى به في تقديم المشاريع الإنسانية والخيرية لمختلف الدول ، وخير دليل ذلك حصول المملكة على المركز الثالث عالميًا في حجم المعونات الإغاثية والإنسانية والتنموية.
وقدمت المملكة لجمهورية لبنان أكثر من 70 مليار منذ عام 1990 حتى عام 2015 م تمثلت في ودائع ومنح وقروض لمساعدة المواطنين اللبنانيين، وفي حرب 2006 قدمت المملكة مليار دولار من خلال ودية مالية لانعاش الاقتصاد في لبنان, وفي أزمة انفجار ميناء بيروت عام 2020 م سارعت المملكة بتوجيه من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز بتقديم العون والمساعدة للشعب اللبناني ، وأنشاء جسر جوي سعودي عبر مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية، الذي أرسل في وقت قياسي أولى طلائع الجسر، متضمناً طائرتين تحملان أكثر من 120 طناً من الأدوية، والأجهزة والمحاليل والمستلزمات الطبية والاسعافات والخيام والمواد الغذائية، للمتضررين في بيروت.
دعم المواطنين اللبنانيين :
فالمملكة تُفرِد المواطنين اللبنانيين دائماً بأولوياتها في المساعدات بصرف النظر عن انتمائهم الديني أو المذهبي أو الطائفي، فجميع المواطنين اللبنانيين سواء لدى المملكة في الدعم، الذي تقدمه إليهم عبر المنظمات الدولية الإغاثية في لبنان. "فقد وثق تقرير دولي حجم المساعدات والهبات التي قدمتها المملكة للبنان خلال الفترة الواقعة بين عامي 1990 و2015م، تناهز الـ70 مليار دولار بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر، بين استثمارات ومساعدات ومنح ، وقروض ميسّرة وودائع في البنوك والمصارف كما حولت المملكة وديعة مالية بقيمة مليار دولار خلال حرب 2006، وما بين 3 إلى 4 مليارات دولار، وهي مملوكة لمستثمرين سعوديين وفضلاً عن أن الاستثمارات السعودية في لبنان بين عامي 2004 و2015 تبلغ نحو 6 مليارات دولار" .
الانعاش الاقتصادي:
وإضافة إلى الدعم الاقتصادي والإنساني غير المحدود، تُشير أرقام رسمية سعودية إلى أن «عدد المشاريع المشتركة بين البلدين يتجاوز الـ200 مشروع، منها 108 مشاريع في القطاعات الصناعية في المملكة، ويبلغ إسهام الجانب اللبناني فيها نحو 43 في المائة من جملة رأس المال المستثمر، الذي يصل إلى 2.4 مليار دولار». ووفق أرقام شبه رسمية لبنانية، صادرة عن مجلس الأعمال اللبناني السعودي، تحتضن المملكة «250 ألف مقيم لبناني، وتستقبل السعودية 26 في المائة من الصادرات اللبنانية إلى المنطقة الخليجية، التي تستحوذ على 50 في المائة من إجمالي الصادرات الزراعية والصناعية واللبنانية إلى الخارج، في حين تُشكل دول الخليج مجتمعةً 85 في المائة من الاستثمارات الأجنبية في لبنان
سياسة المملكة في تقديم الدعم:
ونقل سمو وزير الخارجية في بداية كلمته عن تضامن المملكة العربية السعودية المستمر مع الشعب اللبناني في أوقات الأزمات والتحديات، مؤكداً محافظة المملكة على مساهماتها المستمرة في إعادة إعمار لبنان وتنميته. وما تواجه لبنان من صعوبات في تشكيل حكومة فاعلة و إصرار حزب الله على فرض هيمنته على الدولة اللبنانية هو السبب الرئيسي لمشاكل لبنان، وحث سموه السياسيين اللبنانيين من جميع الأطراف لتأدية واجبهم الوطني لمواجهة هذا السلوك، تحقيقاً لإرادة الشعب اللبناني في مكافحة الفساد وتنفيذ الإصلاحات اللازمة. و أكد سموه تأكيد المملكة على أن أي مساعدة تقدم إلى الحكومة اللبنانية الحالية أو المستقبلية تعتمد على قيامها بإصلاحات جادة وملموسة، مع ضمان
وصول المساعدات إلى مستحقيها وتجنب أي آلية تمكن الفاسدين من السيطرة على مصير لبنان. وقال سمو الأمير فيصل بن فرحان "يقلقنا أن التحقيقات في انفجار مرفأ بيروت لم تسفر بعد عن أي نتائج ملموسة" وثمن سموه جهود الجمهورية الفرنسية والمجتمع الدولي لدعم لبنان وشعبه، مؤكداً على ضرورة أن تكون هذه الجهود مصحوبة بإجراء إصلاحات حقيقية لتجاوز الأزمات الاقتصادية والسياسية التي تجتاح لبنا
